Proven performance in independent tests

Our Base+ safety mats have been independently tested by TÜV Rheinland – a globally recognised organisation in the field of inspections, testing and certification. TÜV stands for safety, quality and reliability and tests in accordance with international standards. The mat has been tested for wear resistance, slip resistance and residual indentation in accordance with ISO 10361, EN 16165 and ISO 6356, among others.

Test data

Our mats have been tested for the following components:

  • Oil and chemical resistance: In industrial environments where oils, greases or chemicals are used, it is crucial that the mats are resistant to these substances. This prevents damage to the material, extends its service life and provides a safe, stable surface for employees.
  • Antistatic (ESD): Antistatic mats are available for workplaces where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
  • Fire retardant: In environments with potential heat sources (such as welding), a fire retardant mat is a must.
  • Shock absorbing: The extent to which the mat absorbs shocks is essential for reducing pressure on joints and muscles.
  • Non-slip: A non-slip surface is crucial to prevent slipping and falling, especially in environments where liquids may be present. Pay attention to the R value (e.g. R10 according to DIN 51130).
  • Lifespan: A good anti-fatigue mat must be durable and long-lasting, even with intensive use.
